Welcome to my blog

I've been considering this for a while now and after much cajoling from friends and colleagues have decided it is at last time to start blogging. I'll be writing about my travels around the world, my love for good food and wine and no doubt some politics as well. I am lucky enough to travel extensively in my work and it is these tales that will form the basis of my musings along with whatever else is occupying my thoughts each week.
